My Telecoms Provider is not listed under Billingbooth, what can I do?

When uploading CDR files, you will first need to select which telecoms provider or supplier provided you with the file. This helps us determine what the correct format should be for interpreting the call information found on the file.


If your telecoms provider is not currently listed, please contact us on support@billingbooth.com and we will implement a new provider profile for your requirements.
