In the scenario where your customers get charged for calls from two or more communication providers or carriers, Billingbooth supports the ability to upload different rate sheets on the same tariff, but with provider-specific pricing.
When analysing or processing calls, Billingbooth will first look for provider-specific rate sheets that match the customer's tariff. If this is not found, Billingbooth will fall back to using the rate sheet on the same tariff as the customer, with the provider "Any" option selected.
